Yes. Every carrier in our network carries minimum $750,000 cargo insurance. Your motorcycle is covered from pickup to delivery. For high-value bikes, we recommend crated shipping with declared value coverage.

Someone 18+ must be present at both pickup and delivery to sign the Bill of Lading (condition report). If you can't be there, you can designate an authorized representative.

Leave fuel at 1/4 tank or less. Some fuel is needed if the bike needs to be started for loading. Completely full tanks add unnecessary weight and can be a safety concern during transport.

We strongly recommend removing all personal items from saddlebags and storage compartments. Personal belongings are not covered by carrier insurance. Empty the bike completely before pickup.
