Absolutely. Every carrier in our network is required to carry a minimum of $750,000 in cargo insurance. We are bonded and insured by Pacific Financial Association Inc and fully licensed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (MC #707909). You'll receive proof of insurance before your vehicle is loaded.

Open transport is the most common and cost-effective option — your vehicle is loaded on an open-air carrier alongside other vehicles. It's safe, reliable, and used for about 90% of all car shipments. Enclosed transport uses a fully covered trailer that shields your vehicle from weather, road debris, and exposure. It's ideal for luxury, classic, exotic, or high-value vehicles.

Yes. We regularly transport non-running, inoperable, and salvage vehicles. Our carriers are equipped with winches and forklifts to safely load vehicles that don't start, steer, or roll. There may be an additional fee depending on the specific equipment needed.

We offer a full refund if we have not yet dispatched a carrier to the pickup location. Once a carrier has been assigned and is en route, a cancellation fee may apply. We always recommend reaching out to our team as early as possible if your plans change.
